Training Tips
Do not eat after 7pm. A rule often repeated for people who are
dieting, but created for people who mindlessly snack on food all
evening. A calorie before 7pm is the same as a calorie after 7pm
the body still processes it in the same way, just make sure that
you are having an appropriate amount of calories a day.
